Any organization can contribute to the Washougal Schools Foundation. Community organizations seeking to raise donations on behalf of the Washougal Schools Foundation must adhere to the following guidelines.
- Any community organization seeking to partner with the Washougal Schools Foundation must obtain prior written agreement before soliciting donations.
- All funds donated must be provided to the Washougal Schools Foundation.
- For scholarships, recipients will be selected based upon mutually established criteria, subject to the established application and committee approval process. Funds will be disbursed to educational institutions only.
- All other funds will be dispersed as Creative Classroom Grants and Mini-Grants, subject to the established application and committee approval process.
